The assumption that fewer boys or men are being circumcised in the USA is not true.
Actually there are more getting circumcised over the last 15 years. Only fewer are being circumcised as 1 or 2 day old infants before their mother leaves the hospital after giving birth. These are the only statistics kept.
Many come back in a few days or weeks to have the circumcision done as an outpatient in the same hospital Or elsewhere in a medical clinic, or military hospital, or in a religious setting as with 8 day old Jewish male infants or within the growing population of Muslims, who are circumcised as infants but also at later times all the way into adolescence. Most of all babies are now circumcised in family doctors' or pediaticians' offices. There are no statistics kept for those circumcised in the above settings.
Many Hispanic babies and more African American and Asian Americans babies are being circumcised.
We now know that circumcision is good preventative medicine--fewer sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS infections.
People have to make up their own mind as parents for theiir baby boys and as adolescents and adults whether or not to becircumcised. l think it is good and necessary to promote circumcision.
I agree one hundred percent.
When I first get up with a bursting bladder, I go into the bathroom. But unlike some guys I can't pee a drop until my boner goes down. I take a shower, it goes down a bit, and then I pee there. What really annoys me is that I stand at the urinal in school needing to take a wicked pee, I get a boner, and can't pee a drop. I am forced to hold my bladder all day. When I get home and try to go only to get another boner and can't pee. One day I was forced to hold my bladder from 7 in the morning to 8 at night. Then I $%!@ed and was able to $%!@ for 3 minutes straight.
We have only 5 minutes between classes. There is no time to pee. By the time we have lunch I have to go really bad. My last pee was at 7 a.m. in the morning. So by lunch time it had been 5 hours. Then the boy's rooms are packed. I am pee shy and can't go at all when too many guys are at the urinals or even in the stalls. So then I am forced to endure the pain and hold on. We leave school at 2:30 p.m. I have a 30 minute bus ride home. By that time I have held my urine for 8 hours. I rush home to the bathroom and try to go. But often I have held my pee so long that it takes 5 to 15 minutes to begin to go. Then I go for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. My mother gets on my case about holding my pee too long. I am too ashamed to tell her why.
